Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all LED lamps, gel polishes, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
